BGP: autonomous, climate independant, allows to build up energy, recycles 27 diffirent types of waste
BGP is autonomous and can work in regions with unfavorable climatic conditions (80% of Russia's territory).
Reactor's material — fiberglass
Fiberglass is a corrosion-resistant material with low thermal conductivity, which allows us to avoid overheating zones in the reactor, thus removing the possability of boiling substrate and death of methanogenic bacteria.
Second generation BGP reactor
BGP reactor with biomass retention. Manfacturing technology was specially developed to make walls which hold methanogenic bacteria in.
Heating system — bifilar coil
This design allows the heat exchanger to distribute heat evenly over the entire length of the reactor.
External water heat exchanger makes it possible to not come into contact with aggressive enviroment inside the reactor, which guarantees it a long lifespan and reliable operation.
- Control of BGP's regimes is automated, with notifications for personnel about emergency situations via special signals (customer's choice).
- BGP's work is monitored remotely by our specialists durning whole workspan of the installation in "online" mode.

BGP's work schematic
BGP's work explanation:
Supply of raw material is carried out either through press-extruder (1), where mechanical destruction of complex polymer chains of organic mass occurs, or directly into raw material preparation container (2), where it is brought to required temperature and humidity depending on BGP's regime. Here the first stage of the anaerobic conversion of organic mass into biogas is being carried - the stage of hydrolysis. This step is separated from the next three due to the difference of pH and the presence of large amounts of oxygen. The product of this step is carbon dioxide (СО2).
Then, substrate that is ready for fermentation is pumped via sewage pumps into methanogenesis container (3), where methanogeneration process occurs.
Loading and unloading of substrate is done in specific portions, which do not exceed 20% of reactor's volume. Unloaded portion of treated substrate is pumped via sewage pump into separator, where solid fraction seperates from liquid. Solid fraction being sludge mass with 30-40% moisture, ready to be packed and used as biological fertilizer . Liquid fraction is either returned fully into cycle or treated and can be used for technological needs of the enterprise. Separated, due to treatment of organic waste, biogas is partially used for BGP's own needs and partially used for needs of the enterprise, depending on power of gas-pisto power plant (GPP) and gas boiler.
